Some details:

we use 6063-T5 alloy aluminium, Anodized silver, the thickness is 1.1mm, and there is a reinforcement line

inside the frame extrusion to make the frame stronger

UV-resistant matt PVC as front cover which can prevent the gloss light reflected on the surface of PVC, and

also is not easy to become yellow outside.

Plastic spanner for open the frame easily 

Stainless steel sprinting on the bottom, we use high-quality 65Mn spring steel, φ38*φ8*70*9,which is tenacious, strong and not easy to be deformed.

The waterbase we use original PE plastic, not second hand material.

And there are two wheels on one side of the base, which is for us to move the whole frame.

And for the fixing bracket of the wheel, before we use only two screws, but now we use three screws to reinforce its stability.
